Throw in the towel?

I agree with OP. Same with Diego in his fight. I think it depends how you look at the fight and the fighter and how much you care about the guy himself vs. the fight. I guess I shouldn't be cornering anyone. Kizuo Misaki's corner threw in the towel and he said he was mad but later he wasn't because they were worried he was going to die.

i think throwing in the towel is a foul punishable by DQ... yeah im being serious

Thats the point....

Take the DQ loss to save your fighters brain cells, hence why it is "illegal"

Ref also has to recognize standing KOs and equivalent - e.g., tonight and last time.
