Thompson vs Maia is a good fight to make at this time

That would be a great match up to see for the fans. I think Maia would beat Thompson but I am sure everybody else thinks Thompson would walk right through him but I don't think so. I think Maia is a absolute stylistic nightmare for Thompson and it would be awesome to see this fight.

 

Maia is fighting Condit in 20 days.

 

A better one to make for Wonderboy is a title fight.

As for the hypothetical matchup though, I think Wonderboy has just what it takes to avoid Maia's standard gameplan.

 

This is stupid. Woodley needs to fight someone. No one deserves it more than Wonderboy who just beat the top 2 contenders. Maia vs Thompson doesn't make sense.
