This Whole "Rory Dominated Condit for Two Rounds" Talk

29-28 MacDonald.
Even if you think it should have been a draw, we all can agree on two things.
1) The fight should have not been stopped.
2) MacDonald should be undefeated.
Just like Jon Jones. Two undefeated fighters have a loss on their record. And it's a shame.

Someone dominated, sure the fuck wasn't Rory, who got outstruck by Condit when Condit was on his back and Rory was on top in guard.


Anyone saying Rory dominated didn't watch the fight or is Canadian.
 
Condit got ragdolled bro. And that kick at the end of the round which made the unbiased crowd go ape shit....just wow. Its a comeback of the ages up there with Boetsch vs Okami. Still the stoppage was terrible and the ref feels bad about it even today.

Carlos won both the first 2 rounds IMO, but they were by no means dominant.

I think people remember them that way due to a kick Rory landed to Condit's core that pushed him over at the end of one of the rounds.
 
If OP wants to talk about controversial fights let us take a look at Kos-Hendricks... Kos got robbed.
 
last round was 10-8, shoulda been a draw buuuuttt WHO GIVES A SHIT ANYMORE.

They have both have evolved and this next fight of theirs will really tell us who the better fighter is.

Uh, no. Rory got beaten into a questionable stoppage, where Jones was DQ'd for destroying his opponent too hard. Rory/Condit was close, where Jones has never been in a close fight.

Whatever you think, it's hard to deny that Rory/Condit was an awesome fight.
 
Condit won at least the second and third. Arguably the first too.

Rory got takedowns, then beat the fuck up in guard. Landed no gnp, got outstruck standing.


Rory did get a broken nose though, and two broken orbitals.
