(Not talking about the undercards because Bellator put a ton of debuting fighters and all that. Both events are pretty weak for their respective organizations standards).

So.. Yoel Romero is coming back to LHW vs Phil Davis (who I still rank somewhere in the top 10). That is interesting on one side but I think it might be a complete stinker.

On the other hand we have Ryan Spann who is big and all but I think has a pretty low ceiling vs Anthony Smith who we all know.

What do you guys think its better or have you more interested? It's definitely Bellator main event for me.

Fun fact.. Anthony Smith is headlining his 8th UFC card.

Also why the hell is Arman fighting Giagos so low on the main card? I get you might not give him the stellar against that opponent but he is before some random WMMA fight and 2 mid tier LHWs Clark vs Cutelaba.

The Bellator ME is more interesting to me, but I wasn't even aware it was happening until I saw this thread.

I was aware that Lionheart is fighting this weekend.

Both. Smith/Spann is a guaranteed banger while Romero/Davis could end violently but will most likely be boring.

Yoel Romero is the correct answer but I don’t have Paramount Plus so I’m watching Spann/Smith

Yoel vs. Davis is going to be akin to Ngannou vs. Lewis, or Woodley vs. just about anybody.

Making the easy answer, Smith vs. Spann all day.

I believe it’s because Ariane Lipski has more followers than Arman

Romero/Davis might be the higher level fight, but it sure as hell isn't the most entertaining one on paper.

In my opinion, Romero vs. Davis is the “better” fight, but has a high potential to be very boring. Smith vs. Spann is much more likely to be exciting.

Phil Davis has yet to be cracked and has been there with some serious punchers.

I think Smith beats Spann pretty easily. Spann is just not that good.

Based on names I’d go with Romero v Davis… but Romero v. Davis has all the makings of a boring a decision.. then again Smith-Spann is as mediocre as main events go so idk…

Yeah Davis took some bombs vs Rumble and still lived to see the scorecards. A chin gets worse though and you don’t wanna test how it holds up vs Romero. The chance is always there but i agree it's slim.

As for Smith, i hope he beats that ass. I liked him as soon as he picked up his teeth from the canvas and gave it to the ref in the Glover fight.

    Easily Romero vs Davis!
I think it will be a bit a slow match. But I just don't have enough interest in Smith or Spann as a main event.

Romero only did one stinker fight vs Israel, people are nuts to dismiss him as a boring fighter!

    Going with the UFC.

I'm a WMMA bettor and there's a heap of good ones for me to make some scratch off this weekend.

Bellator main card doesn't start until after Smith / Spann wraps I believe, which is good if you wanna watch both but on the downside I don't think Davis / Romero is going to start until like 12:30 AM EST unfortunately. :(
