This may be a silly question...

    ..but whatever. Ive got some pretty gnarly scabs on my elbows from taking a fall on my longboard (was riding down highway 2 outside of LA and had to jump off going 35 haha). yesterday in the gym the scabs kept coming off and I had to sit out for the rolling because I would keep bleeding on the mats. How should I wrap my elbows in a way that the wraps wont come off?

    Id use gauze covered with a flexible bandage, cover that with a cheap elbow sleeve from acadamy, long sleeve rashguard over all of that will keep it all in place

    Haha yeah it was very sketchy but I think all the breakfalling drills saved me from anything bad just tucked my head rolled twicecame to my feet and just ran off the speed

    I would probably use some of those bandaids that you heat on, like for your feet, you know those that feel and look like skin
