Hopefully atleast Greg and Cowboy can sort it out, it's mainly Winklejohn he's beefing with anyway.
Hit him with your groin.
Still remember hearing that live and not believing my ears
Temperence movement hits Jackson-Wink: NO MORE DRUNKS IN THE GYM IS THE MESSAGE!
Another win for the ladies and their preacher friends.
yeah wonder whats up with Greg, Cerrone wouldnt go into detail on Rogans podcast except "he stepped back".
Anyone knows where is he? Whats he up to?
haha funny shit. Never seen this fight.
Oh shit I just outed myself as a casual.
Oh god, Goldberg completely ruins it 2 seconds later.
he might be a literal puppet for somebody else
like, he looks like Kermit the Frog
I'll miss him like a toothache.
I enjoyed when Greg started speaking like a fake Russian immigrant when cornering Khabilov. Also "go get some fans, Jon".
Greg Jackson was never my friend.
Please elaborate this is interesting.
why? sure the guy was quirky and kinda weird but you cannot deny hes an amazing mma coach, he approached it very tactfully and very step by step detailed.
Its kinda like that dilema, do you want to employ a doctor that is a total as5hole to everyone including patients but is a great doctor.
Greg brought IMO mma at least partially to a higher lvl.
I don't mind quirky/weird people.
The comparison to a doctor is not on point. Plenty of times his coaching was about bending and almost breaking the rules. He's not the only one I personally blame, don't get me wrong. He's just one of those.
I don't see that higher level frankly but I won't elaborate further because he doesn't deserve to be fully blamed. I'll just stop here.
Actually I forgot a couple of things. Him telling Jones to get fans, him(allegedly filming Jones during "philanthropies") and the trick that GSP did in TUF while picking fighters. Adding those to the pile we get a picture of a person that likes to manipulate people and situations (in case it wasn't obvious from his coaching).
Call me crazy but if I'd shake his hand, I'd count my fingers later to see if I'm missing any.
Edit: Oh, one more thing. I think even Dana made a negative comment about Jackson once. My memory might be bad though so any corrections are welcome.
I liked when Greg thought he had a way to manipulate judging and his fighters who used that gameplan all went on to lose decisions
Maynard vs Guida was classic.
That's just hilarious, I wonder if it was subconscious from hanging out with them a lot or he's just trying to make himself understood lol.
Go get some Donald Cerronay!
