I train at the Hardcore Gym in Athens, GA.

Ahhhh. How is Hardcore these days?

I used to train back there (mostly boxing back then because Doc was running the place but there was BJJ and MMA class as well) back in like 2002-2004. Man that makes me feel old.

Does Rory still run classes? Does Forrest train there a good bit or is he out at Extreme Couture most of the time?

Hardcore is doing great! They just moved into a new facility that's pretty nice. Octagon, real nice weights, and a huge mat. I've never seen Forrest in the year that I've been here. Some of the older guys talk about him, but Ive never seen him.

Rory runs most of the classes and Adam teaches a few of them. But the gym is open 9-9 now, which is pretty sweet.

This is guy is good! I heard my coaches talking about him a couple of weeks ago, hes supposed to be keeping up with a couple of black belt at practice already.
