Floyd and Conor are the two biggest draws in their sport, but Floyd is better at owning media, Conor always starts going erm eh erm eh when he is trying to come up with something to say, when he isn't acting like a wild man to sell fights.

This is one of the most iconic moments in Floyds career, he destroys the media and silences them in this rant. He shut them all down. Conor gets tongue tied when it comes to having to defend himself, Floyd dropping facts, you gotta respect that man. What makes this even sweeter is Floyd Mayweather destroyed and humiliated Manny Pacquiao when they fought, Pac looked like a defeated fighter who almost quit.

To Conor's credit he was able to take Floyd who is easily the best defensive boxer of all time to the 10th round, and he did it with zero professional boxing experience or bouts

Floyd separates himself from Conor by an astounding amount of dollars.

To Floyd’s credit he had the patience to drag the fight out for longer instead of knocking him out in the first round. Boredom eventually set it in the 10th and he said “that’s it”.

yeah was a clear case of floyd carrying conor, wanted to give the fans something to watch considering what the ticket buyers paid, ortherwise he would have finished him in less then 5.

This guy was accusing the guy who was thought to be his biggest challenge (at the time) for steroids....

If Conor accused Khabib of anything he'd be made a joke of and ridiculed.

Floyd is a really smart fighter and he gets the fight game in a way conor just can't. People how he can't read but in his craft he is a master and that's what matters.

You think about this guys career, undefeated, hardly got hit, made a billion dollars and is in great health. He can come back now and make 200 million in one fight. He conquered the game.

That's a myth and an excuse that Conor haters use( not saying you're one of them ). The truth is that Conor is too young and powerful to be taken lightly so Floyd had to go on the defense until Conor slowed down. Conor's countering ability is underrated being one of his best attributes and Floyd knew this which is why he couldn't risk his undefeated record and legacy by losing to an MMA fighter that was competing in his first ever pro boxing match. This is nothing against Floyd because he did exactly what he was supposed to do and was able to take Conor into deep waters before stopping him

There was no ‘risk’ in this fight for Floyd.

Mcgregor is a poor man's Mayweather. He is the closest one yet though.

Mayweather (today) is a business man first and a boxer second...

I respect Mayweather's ability, he's top ten of all time for me. I believe his defense even beats Pernell Whitaker, simply because Floyd doesn't need to move so much to slip punches and he's better countering.

Floyd is also a master at controlling the narrative and speaking to the press, that said, the fight against Manny Pacquiao was so much closer than people realize. I don't believe Manny was dejected and people who believe Floyd dominated Manny are in my opinion, biased, since whenever Manny doesn't KO someone, it's considered a total failure.

Manny slipped a lot of punches and landed more than people give him credit for.

I believe the fight was at the least a draw, but I also have no problem giving it to Floyd.

He's stumbling over his words and can't speak English properly

Floyd is a great boxer but Conor kills him at speaking

Yeah..cuz they're both under USADA. Kind of stupid to ask for tougher testing than that.

Meanwhile boxing was under no random testing at all back then and Manny was "afraid of needles" so any additional testing was out of the question. That's a legit gripe.

Nate's an even more ungainly speaker.

Nevertheless, Conor got slayed by "touch-butt with that dork in the park"

People who think Floyd purposefully used a bad strategy or did not try against Conor to be nice to the fans or for whatever reason are delusional. If Floyd "carried" Conor for the first rounds it would be because he thought it would improve his chances of winning.
