    It's not for sports lol. It's a longevity issue much like resvertrol. Is it worth that much? I don't think so, but in longevity and the medical community it has a lot of merit actually.

    i usually just toss a jelly fish in my morning shake along with some spinach,you can barely taste it.blends nicely too.

    I keep a jellyfish inside of my protective cup at all times while sparring. This ensures the most power.
