Glad Franklin has a sense of humor.
 
I love fighters with a sense of humor, especially when they are the subject of the joke. Rich will always be one of my favorite fighters.
 
Rich was always a cool guy and and awesome fighter.
 
Franklin was a great fighter, a fearless competitor, and a class act in and out of the cage.

Wish we had more like him to watch.
 
"The Teacher" Rich Franklin has always been a classy guy, it doesn't surprise me that he takes those types of jokes in stride. Need more fighters like him in MMA.
 
was always a fan of Rich was so devastated when he lost the Belt to Silva and then the rematch . Great to see he has a sense of humour

I was able to meet and hang with the guy once before his fight with Matt Hamill at the UFC in Atlanta. I forgot which number that was. My brother and I was actually in his hotel room staring at his open suitcase waiting for him to finish his shower and then we had lunch with he and his entourage right after. It was quite surreal. He was just a real dude making normal small talk. Super cool guy.

for what its worth, also met Tim Boetsch while mulling around town right after the same event. Extemely warm and personable guy with a glowing, friendly smile. I've been a big fan ever since. I hate he hasn't seen much success lately.
 
Franklin was always a cool cat. Hope he's doing well. I always wondered why the UFC didn't use him more for commentary.
