I think the only blessing here is McGregor's philosophy on preparing for a faceless body. The body on the block was an all-round fighter, so Conor will be prepared for anything.

@SpeedofSPort @speedofsport2.0 Where you at homie?

What happened to Rafael's super strong foot?

Apparently it's about as solid as his ''titanium'' jaw.

He feared that once again he would taste the darkness of being KO'd stiff.

That's not the point, Connor destroyed Mendes but got little credit, again Connor is in a no win situation

Ferguson will have. Guaranteed. Think about it, he was rebooked to fight MJ on March 5th. MJ pulled out a couple of weeks ago. Suddenly Ferguson looks to the main event as a possible replacement......

You could be right...I would've thought he was ready for Khabib, but that fight IS a while off I suppose.

This scenario wouldnt have happend if Conor defended his belt. Now he is stuck fighting at LW while FW contenders are forced to wait till he handles his bullshit at LW.

That's true, less chance Frankie would have pulled out. Then he could have left the division forever if he won.

And whoever Conor fights and beats, haters will discredit the win saying his opponent didn't have a full camp

Anytime Conor is scheduled to fight guys will be ready now, they didn't learn the first time (aldo), if they don't learn the second time (anjos) to always stay ready for a big payday shame on them.

Oddly enough RDA doesnt move the needle so his opponent could be even better for sales, but if conor pulled out RIP event.

cant say i disagree - im no conor fan but even im noticing his hype is geting to a level where its very difficult to beat - he was already favored to beat the LW champ - people have already decided that nate and cerrone are gimme fights for him, guy has built a big sandbox for imself

This all day. Even if conor torches whoever it is people will hold rda ducking against him. They'll discredit him somehow. Conor was finally ready to shut up the last of the doubters/haters and now this shit happens.

    McGregor fans lol...
If anything this is beneficial for him. Don't even start with your typical Conor nuthugging crap where a fighter not having a training camp has the advantage over a guy who had a training camp, but for a different opponent.
