I know certain vitamins and minerals "cancel" each other out or limits the amount of nutrients your body extracts from a vitamin. With that said is this combination ok? or does one of these things affect the other. LOL THNKS I know its not harmful to me. bUT Im trying to get the optimal amount of nutrients from them. Like with certain fruits and such, they say not to eat certain ones with others. thnks though.
Not all vitamins are one a day. In fact, all the best vitamins are multiple pill vitamins. edit: You really don't need that calcium. Or fancy EPA/DHA supplements. Plain fish oil is cheaper, and you should take more.
