seriously though, the trade-off for never having a girl in 22 years. conditioning belts.

You know, this made me think of "The Seven Samurai." Ever seen it? Kurosawa is one of my idols. It was said whenever you saw him at a party he only had 3 subjects he was willing to discuss at-length:

- The Film he just finished.
- The Film he was currently working on.
- The Film he next intended to make when finished with the current project.

Otherwise all you'd get out of him was "good" or "fine", regardless of what you ask.

Anyhow the character in Seven Samurai who was a farmer, and arguably the physically strongest of the bunch. Is brought a girl, and to show off his strength when other men try to take her, lifts a pillar that holds the roof of a building up, and sets his sandal underneath it before setting it back down. Next scene he comes downstairs the next morning and wraps his arms around the pillar to lift it and get his sandal back, three tries and can't do it. The other men have a laugh.

i believe i saw that film. great one. i think they tried to make it into a cartoon a while back.

but i don't really remember the scene. he's the "13 year-old" guy with the long sword who provides for most of the comedy in the film, right?

What are "air squats"?
just another term some people from some site use for "bodyweight squats," as you squat lifting "air."
