Few hours later...

Bjj (No Gi)
First time back on the mat in a looong time, felt really good. Anyways it was just the beginner no-gi class, taught by one of our black belts. We went over basic warm ups and then went over attacking/defending the back. Basic stuff, started with the basic choke, then switching to the arm bar, then defending the choke. After that did some situational sparring from that position and then a little open mat afterwards. Great stuff and glad to be back out there.

Bjj (Nogi)
Beginner no gi class. Went over the basic sequence of hip bump, then kimura if they defend and finally guillotine when they defend they clasp their hands. Basically just drilled this for most of the class, felt good to just get in reps. Then did some situational sparring and then little open mat. My body is sore.
