Things that happened during a fight that makes you cringe?

All of the unnecessarily elaborate celebrating after a win. First, try to show a little bit of class. Second, you're a nameless prelim fighter who beat another nameless prelim fighter, calm your tits.

I kept hearing him shout ALJO! during the Yan fight so much that I wondered if Aljo would be distracted. If someone kept calling my name that would be a distraction. If Serra had started yelling PETR! PETR! that would have been an interesting mindfuck.
 
Costa really made me cringe with all his acting and clowning, it was obvious he was getting completely destroyed but acted like everything was cool and part of the plan.

For me it's when grappling specialists are forced to fight on the feet, especially some slow ass heavyweights and wmma fighters. I remember watching Werdum and oleinik fighting while a bunch of family were over who are all casuals when it comes to MMA. I was embarrassed because I knew it wasn't a good look for MMA and sure enough my drunk dad, uncle's and grandfather started talking all kinds of shit lol
 
When Dom cruz fights and the commentators start blowing him about his 'footwork'. When Clay Guida fights and bounces around like a fucking electron but does nothing in the way of actual fighting goes for 99% of the time.

Not really during, but I remember when JDS won the title and in his next defence he brought some poor kid from the favelas with him to watch him fight as a treat. The UFC kept showing the kid and introducing him as JDS’ “special friend” or some shit. It was super weird and awkward.

Big fan of JDS though and the kind act! Just that whole thing seemed very forced by the UFC and cringe worthy.
