Thing you hate about your country

Lately I'm feeling pissed about a lot of crap that's going on here. I have an urge to share my thoughts and also curious to read of stuff you're pissed about.

So I'll start, I'm from Israel and these are the things that pisses me off:

• The drivers are terrible. Before I went to Germany I thought it's quite the norm to honk and switch lanes every second. If you're in a traffic jam in Israel, it is better if you don't keep the distance from the car in front of you, or else cars will enter that space.

• Some laws are based on religion. Personally I'm an Atheist, like many other Israelis. Yet, some laws here are dictated by the religion. For example, on Shabat (Saturday) there is no public transportation and most stores are closed. WTF people without cars suppose to do? Screw them, right?

• Right wing propaganda. The only reason Netanyahu and his party got elected again is because people believe he is the one that will keep us safe. Not too long ago my city and many others were bombed by rockets from Gaza which made most of the people very pissed. Many people demanded the army to enter the Gaza strip and fight Hamas in order to make it stop. Yet, the government was very hesitant to act because of the pressure of US, UN and countries around the world who didn't want innocents to die.The right wing parties were keep telling the public that the hesitance exists because of the leftists we have in our government, and that we need stronger right wing parties to make Israel secure.
  
  Not to mention the rant of Netanyahu about Iran, Hezbollah, etc...
  
  People know Netanyahu sucks, but voted for him anyway cause they are afraid that left parties will lead Israel to destruction.

• Corruption. Examples:
  - Big corporations are almost free from paying taxes.
  - There is quite a huge amount of natural gas that was found in Israel, yet, the prices stayed the same and the electric company decided to import gas from abroad instead of buying it from here, which is absurd. There are many more examples.

That's true, but being a "community organizer ," a.k.a. rabble rouser, that paled around with terrorists definitely makes you a bad leader.

- I hate that Obama will not say "radical Islamic terrorism"
- I hate that the only place that has nice weather year round is Alaska, and let's be honest, I'm not moving to fucking Alaska so for all intents and purposes the weather sucks everywhere here
- I hate modern architecture and skyscrapers and we have lots of both
- I hate that demographics essentially means we will effectively become a one-party state in the near future
- I hate that no one except Donald Trump is serious about stemming the flow of illegals through the Souther border, because apparently wanting people to be checked before they enter is racist

I HATE THAT CONSERVATIVES ARE SCREWED OVER BY 3 SECTORS WHEN IT COMES TO ILLEGALS. DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS WHO WANT THE VOTES, DEMOCRAT PEOPLE WHO ARE BLEEDING HEART DOUCHEBAGS, AND REPUBLICAN LEADERS WHO WANT CHEAP LABOR.

I can't stand to be cold, if it gets below 65, I start getting pissed. I can understand about the NY thing.

And I don't care if Obama is a muslim or not, but he sure as hell is racist and democrats had no problem voting him in office, so they need to shut the fuck up about Trump.

I met Him after his first premiership. The company I was working for at the time got hired to beef up his personal security when he was doing a speaking engagement in Toronto. Granted this was about 15 years ago, but he's definitely Alpha as fuck.

Alaska is my numero uno but the old lady considers any place with less that a few million inhabitants to be a town not a city, and considering the entire state let alone Anchorage has three quarters of a mil...it's a hard sell.
