10/01/2012 - Tavares vs. Hallman cancelled due to Hallman missing weight
01/19/2013 - Tavares loses to Nurmagomedov + gets suspended 9 months for testing positive.
11/09/2013 - Tavares beats Justin Salas
02/15/2014 - Tavares injured out of Zubair Tuhugov fight.
05/31/2014 - Tavares injured out of Tom Niinimaki fight.
