Whats the whole thing about waiting 14 days all about? I thought covid was gone by then? Or does that just give u a time frame to notice any symptoms. I'm genuinely confused as October 4th is more than 2 weeks away

With all the protocols they have in place in Abu Dhabi they might be more strict than the events in Vegas. He'd have to fly out a week earlier too.
