I think a lot of people in this thread don't understand exactly what they're looking at with the Fedor move. Doing everything he did there in a fraction of a second is extremely complicated and he did it perfectly AND fluidly. Seriously, watch that Fedor gif closely and try to imagine yourself doing that. Watch the weight and momentum, the footing, the hand/arm placement, and imagine doing all that instantly after blocking a kick
