So that way if this fight does get announced the main UFC Discussion page won't be flooded with Khabib and Conor threads. I'm already starting to see early signs of it.

Who else agrees? Sherdog did it for Mayweather vs. McGregor, so why not Khabib vs. McGregor?

Bullshit, Conor Mayweather was a freak show fight. This is legit MMA, so there should be huge amounts of discussion about it on the UFC sub. If you don't like it just use another sub.
