I dont know how TS can even make that assessment considering Hall had issues finishing any quality opponents or even mid-tier in the UFC until Gegard. While Gegard has finished over 30 opponents in 37 wins.

Flashy doesnt always mean effective when it comes to finishes or just landing, I would think Moose has the better chance of a finish in any fight, numbers dont lie
