Some friends of mine are from Mexico and they say although it's not as hot in Montreal, the humidity here makes it much, much worse.

Some Parts Of mexico like Tijuana are like San Diego weather, and then some have very high elevation. Mexico City is as high if not higher than even Denver. But then you have the east coast with cities like Veracruz, which are as hot and humid as Houston.

Well at least you arent in Veracruz on the East Coast, they tell me its worse.

Its probably a more annoying type of heat, but not people dropping dead type of heat if you ask me.
