There in 2012 Jacare and Erick Silva rolled with Rickson Gracie

Nice to see Gurgel talking about Rolls as well. He is considered the best of the best among the first generation.

Competition is where you define your legacy. Not competing doesn't make you great...just another Gracie smart way of doing business. rickson can go to any competition and proves himself...but for some reason he hasn't.

By armbar off course.

Rickson claim he's like 1000-0 in fights in diferente fight styles. But he's only officially fought some japanese cans, it's really hard to judge. He did finish almost all of them on round 1.
He was moat certainly good, but hard to believe he's the demigod people claiming he is when he wasn't interested in fighting actually good fighters at the time.

Rickson never claimed anything,
he just beat up however they put in front of him
what you don't know , is that a lot of top fighters of his generation avoided him
Shogun Rua refused an open challenge by Rickson, and the real reason was simply he knew he had good chances to lose this fight

Rickson defeated Masakatsu Funaki, a guy who beat Bass Rutten, Ken & Frank Shamrock, Semmy Schilt
does it look like a can to you

Previous critical comments that Gracie made about Antônio Rodrigo Nogueira (claiming that Nogueira had "no guard") prompted Wanderlei Silva to say that Gracie is "living in a fantasy world" and launch a new challenge to him.

Wandy wasn't a believer and called out rickson back then. That said, newer MMA fans won't undestand this when i say it but sakuraba vs rickson is one dream that I wish happened. Ricksons BJJ GI was also something that's talked about believe it or not.
