Theater Hopping

i always go to two movies. i watch one i wanted to watch first, then go into another one i want to see. i have done that since i was old enough to go on my own. the ultimate was one of my first experiences. i hit karate kid, ghostbusters and indiana jones and the temple of doom back to back to back

The sweet thing is my theater does unlimited refills on pop and popcorn (rightfully so, the prices are borderline extortion).

That and...I hope I don't get a knock on my door from the FBI for this...I pay for a regular soda cup but instead I fill it with slushy.

Fuck going to two movies in a row, I find it hard enough to sit through one.

theaters don't make money on tickets they do it on concessions this is why security is so shitty and food is overpriced, you are really stealing from the studios and actors.

When I was in junior high I might of done it once or twice, never had the endurance or desire to spend multiple hours at a movie theater.

Once when i was a kid. I saw Darkman and another movie, but i cant remember which.

Have you eve done it?

When I went to the movies a couple days ago, while I was waiting for Suicide Squad to start I was thinking about how there such shitty supervision and staff at my theater that I could easily get away with it. I paid for my ticket, got checked in and then I'm on my own to go to the film I'm going to watch.

No one watches any of the doors to each film and I never attract any attention to myself anyway.

Morals are the only thing stopping me...

Just a thought ladies and gents.

Hard enough to find one movie worth watching in a theater let alone 2.

I saw jaws then guardians of the galaxy back to back. Had to hide and figure out a way to eat.

dude, jaws is from like '75.
how old are you?

and the only way I saw multiple movies was being thrown out of one after another for being drunk and disorderly. they'd escort me out, and I'd sneak in the unlocked side door to another mini theater.
I think my record is four movies in one night. can't remember what they were though.
cause I'm so edgy.

Did the ticket stub switch. 8 of us as teens split the cost of 2 tickets. 2 in, 1 out with both stubs. 2 in, 1 out with both stubs. We were poor.

Never done it. But it is easy. Also, at so places you can just walk in past the ticket people and nobody notices. I have done that before. Walk with authority.

I did this when I was in high school. Had to know the times perfectly. Most theatres at the time didn't have cameras or staff around at that time. There might be cameras, but I see staff around all the time now.
I don't really watch films in theater anymore unless its with friends or I have a Tues off and really dig a film ($5 deal here on Tuesdays).

No its not right and not exciting enough. If IMA break RUles I'm snorting candy powder a d dancing to my oh my.

If I wanna see two movies back to back I just buy two tickets.

I talked my dad into doing it after The Departed had finished, and The Prestige was minutes away from playing in another theatre.

It was at the $5 theatre. Both movies were great. Fun night.
