Joe made this comment last night about JDS.

Did he completely forget about Shogun vs Jones? To be that fight was way more one sided then either the JDS/Cain fight or the Franklin/Silva fight

JDS for sure did receive a beating but in my opinion he just gassed out because of the constant pressure of Cains wrestling. At least he went all 5 rounds without tapping to strikes

I thought the same. Cain controlled the whole fight, but Jones did more damage to Shogun than Cain did to JDS.

Caine first loss to JDS was a lot worse than last nights

    KO > Decision

Agree, TS. At least JDS made it out of the fight to a decision before tapping to strikes.

It was more like Silva vs Sonnen 1....Obviously without the final minute.

Took nearly 3 rounds for Jones to put Shogun away, took Anderson a little over 2 minutes to put Rich away.

Sure, Jones was destroying Shogun the entire time, but it was still three rounds. Silva didn't even give Franklin the option of fighting longer.

Meah. Disagree. Flash KO < 5 rounds of vicious beatings. And I'm a guy who loathes decisions.

As a GSP fan I hate to say this....the beating was not as sustained but KO loss to Serra has got to be the worst....

LESNAR VS CAIN was worse than FRANKLIN vs SILVA

Why do people keep going on about that fight? It was a bad loss, sure, but everybody can be caught.

Cain vs. JDS was probably the worst decisive title loss. But stoppages like Jones/Shogun are definitely worse.

I would say Brock looked significantly worse against Cain.

Re watch Franklin Silva people. Silva literally walked up to Franklin, with literally zero respect for his striking or clinch game, wrapped his hands around Franklin's head and knee'd him in the face reaptedley for a 3 minute finish. Only thing on par is Overeem/Lesnar
