The week of a tournament

    I've been training pretty hard (for me). 4-5 days a week at the gym + homework.
    I've noticed that I always perform best after a bit of a break.
    First tournament is in 6 days.
    Do I rest or train through or ease back? How much? What should my training look like?

    it depends on individuals. some people will take 2 days before the comp to be completed rested. some people will train even the night before.

    whatever works for you. i myself perform better doing 2 week breaks but since it's for a tourney, just take it easy the last 3 days.
