O'Hearn Chest
Incline Press: 5X5 with 225, 1X5 with 235. Finally! I'm starting to get some power back. I think I'll truly be content once I'm hitting six sets of five with 245 on incline.
DB Bench: 5X10 with 80's
DB Fly: 4X8 with 40's

Arlo subbed me with that "leg scissor" thing you see the hot, female wrestler girls do on WWE. It was way less pleasant when Arlo did it with his muscular, hairy legs.
