The way i see Jones vs Sonnen this saturday

Chael Sonnen moving forward trying desperately to get a takedown but unable to do so, then Jones will eventualy knock him down and finish with a submission.
I don't see Sonnen getting Tkod or Jon getting the decision.

This will be the story of the fight, no surprise here.
 
I think that Sonnen will have trouble getting the takedown at first, but then I think he eventually get it. Jones will probably pick him apart on the feet, but I don't see him finishing Sonnen. I see it being fairly similar to the Rashad fight, but I think Sonnen will have a little more success. Either way I think it's going to a decision, and Jones will probably win, but you can never count out Sonnen.

His chances are very slim, but I wonder what would happen here if he pulled it off.
I'm rooting for him. ;)
 
eventual takedown aftermuch difficulty, sweep, submission win for jones 4:35 rnd 1
 
I think Jones is going to catch Sonnen with a submission. Either guillotine or RNC.

It could go down many different ways and most point towards a Jones victory. I would like to see Chael make Jones earn his money Saturday and even get a submission hold like Vitor did to test Jone's ability to fight out of it.
 
Do I think Sonnen is going to win? I have no idea, but I'm on his side. One thing I do think though is that he'll more than likely take Jones down at some point.
 
I would go with a sub for Jones
Sonnen has troubles with subs
 
Sonnen via 25 minutes of stomping a fist shaped hole in little Jay Jay's face.
 
Funny i think the TD will be how Chael loses.When you shoot for a double leg Jones can wrap his arms around your neck and choke you out.
 
I think Jones will actually work at putting Cheal in a sub just for fun the fight will be that easy for him.

good point. i bet jones trained a lot on how to punish takedowns for this fight.
submissions, knees, reversals

sonnens chances are slim and i don't think there are any if he doesn't get him down
 
Yes, maybe Sonnen shooting a takedown, Jones stopping it and using the momentum and hi strengh to reverse the situation and put Sonnen's back against the fence while positionning his arms for a standing guillotine.
It's a good option
 
Jones is gonna submit Sonnen in either the first or second round. the time this fight go's to the ground will be on Jones terms.

i agree he will catch him on a td and lock it in tight and just to add love the av everytime i bring up that movie with anyone they have no fucking clue or when i bring up the real dude with the brits i work with they again have no clue
 
Look for Jones to go for a triangle submission to continue the trend for the heck of it
