    this appears to be a pretty good resource for those looking to read up on vitamins, minerals and other supplements, what they do and a few studies...

    i dunno how up to date everything is on there.. but i think it's good for getting a general gist of things.. plus it even has a 'possible interactions' section to see if taking something with something else or drug may cause adverse reactions.. good shit! :D

    That's an excellent find. I actually found much of the information there more impartial than so-called third party reviewers.

    Hey if you read into that stuff you will realize that most supplements are crap. Even vitamins and minerals have little if any effect on performance or immune function, check out all the double blind studies they have done and you will kick yourself in the ass for all the money you have wasted on this stuff
