The kid is a animal, he tore Ben Henderson apart. He beat Ben Henderson from pillar to post. What a fucking performance. I really hope his contract is up, for the UFC can sign this kid.
 
You sound like Dana, calling the guy "kid" every chance you get.

And yes he looked extremely impressive. I would like to see him compete against the best WW's in the UFC.
 
His eyes are too cross-eyed, i hope the ufc never takes him, watching post fight interview too painful
 
Bendo looked so incredibly small in that fight. I'd like to see him fight M.V.P. at some point first.
 
That was an incredible performance. Benson looked lost out there and I'm sure the size difference had a lot to do with it, but Benson did fight Thatch. That fight was definitely 50-44 and could have easily been 50-43, those 50-45 scores were BS.

Yes but that was a bit different. Bellator chose not to negotiate a new deal with him because like Dana, they didn't appreciate his dominant style. I sincerely doubt they'd let an exciting guy like AK walk for nothing.
 
He did look great but pump the brakes he was fighting a midget out there. Benson looked so outsized but congrats to him thorough domination
 
Askren fucking ragdolled Koreshkov and I have no interest in seeing either of them in the UFC, Benson had no business fighting at WW, he was getting tuned by Thatch before he subbed him and he got a gift decision over Masvidal.
 
Fighting a guy who really wasn't doing much in the UFC, and who is fighting out of his dominant weight class, really isn't that big of a deal. My guess is, if he was in the UFC would be top 10 but like Alvarez, would take a while to get going. Competition in the UFC is just too great right now.
 
There is no way Bellator is letting go of him. They need all the legit non over the hill non dying in the ring fighters they can get.
 
His wrestling/tdd seems to have improved alot since the Askren fight and i think he beats Askren in a rematch.I could see him beating any ww in the ufc.

When Askren fought Koreshkov he was 22 years old with only a few years of MMA experience. Not saying Askren wouldn't beat him again but it would be completely different then the first fight.
 
Koreshkov/Henderson showed me that Henderson needs to fight at LW.
 
Well he still has some interesting fights in Bellator. After that, I'd rather the guy go to M-1, KSW, or 1FC to rematch Askren. He deserves to get paid and have a good time, not get shit on all day by Zuffa and Reebork.
