The UFC doesn't determine what's allowed and what's not. Also, correct me if I'm wrong but the UFC doesn't suspend fighters who test positive, the NSAC does.

If there is enough outrage the UFC will be forced to do something. Kinda like the NFL with the Ray Rice situation. But this is the UFC and no one cares enough or even is aware of this for that to happen.
