What "credibility" is this AM? You think I care that your little friends believe you over me? Of course they do! They would have if we had taken the time to make a faultless PM. That wasn't kare's intention however.

I'd continue arguing it but I don't see the point. The fact remains that you could have deleted the pm's requesting the pics and simply left a reply by her with a link in your inbox, if she even sent them at all. It's starting to become obvious that you planned on using this account in this manner, and I certainly wouldn't put it past you.

Two questions have yet to be answered:

- how is kare's little ruse worse than AM's constant lies about us since January?

- Where is AM's undeniable proof in this matter? I see alot of people hugging his nuts and scrambling to overshadow that particular point.

Answer those two and we'll move on

Not to mention the time of the PM which would have AM sending it at 7:30am, which although possible, is not likely since we all know AM is a bouncer and doesn't get up in the mornings for a normal day job.

That was the whole point. AM is supposed to be intelligent, why did he not pick up on this sooner? Why did it take you to help him?

Yes, kare, your logic is right in the very broad sense that you were making up information like AM supposedly does, but you did take it to an extra, and unnecessary, level.

Now honestly, ask youself this question kare: what do you feel will be viewed as legitimate proof of racism - a random person calling someone a rascist, or a picture detailing rascist activities?

This is what lsg is getting at. You did take this argument to a different level by fabricating that PM because you knew full well that such a fabrication would hold MUCH more ground as evidence then just AM's word.

Because this PM has been found to be false, you are being condemned for overstepping the bounds of regular argument (much like cybercoma would have been if that KKK picture was found to be doctored)

AM did nothing more then clear his name, regardless of how long it took him. Though I wish not to take sides (afterall, who the hell am I?) I must say that as an objective observer (Hell! DRA helped me with an avatar) DRA and kare did take this just a bit too far!

Now, it's clear that punishment on this board is selective. It's a private site, and free speech doesn't enter into any argument on here. Woody was banned for posting a PM. I wasn't even carded for the same offense a couple weeks ago, though I fully expected to be. Surely someone can see to it that these two trolls are permanently banned from the site. I believe the majority has spoken here.

There is no "majority rules" banishment here.

Just because he may have had the link means nothing. Someone else could have sent him a PM with it, and aside from that if he requested pics of kare she may have sent them. So? The argument here is that she does not send pics "unrequested".

She was also given permission by AM to post a PM, and although it was a fake even if they were to take it as real she had permission.

There is no selective banishment here, we haven't done anything punishable. I've been told several times by the admins that neither one of us are a problem. We've received more shit than we could ever dish out, and since no one is carded for "trolling us", if we throw some shit back we won't be either.

No, I didn't, you know it, you lie again, I gave a technique to see it was fake without talking about any portion. I'm still trying to figure out what this could have possibly showed. The image was not in layrs, it can't be, so any visible edges would have been visible anyway. If the negative option enhanced the compression artifacts that has nothing to do with the editing, the PM had to be compressed to under 30k. Just be cautious Le Peste, that you are not posting something that is simply enhancing compression artifacts. You wouldn't want to make yourself look foolish.

woody was banned on April 9, 2003 .

that is a month and a half before the earliest possible date the screenshot could have taken place--but apparently it was saved as soon as karebear found out i was woody.



any pm taken before woody was banned couldn't have the new color scheme and any taken after would have the "banned" text, and not the belt as it appears in the PM. it should look like it does in this woody post. in addition, woody's signature should show up in the PM, as it was inserted upon creation of the account and was never changed.

furthermore, the time stamp on that PM shows woody as having 51 posts on Feb. 18, 2003. a simple search shows that woody got his 51st post on Dec. 2, 2002 and by Feb. 18, 2003 had 64 posts. woody profile

karebear first mentions having the screen cap at 9:24 p.m. not until 9:42 p.m. do we actually see the screen cap. as it has been proven unequovically that this PM is a complete fabrication, it is quite clear that DRA was photoshopping this doctored image in the interim.

as karebear has now been proven to have sent unrequested porn via pm and posted a fake pm and passed it off as real, and DRA was quite clearly complicit in this act, i request that both of them be banned immediately.
