This video isn't too bad. I gave it a listen during a drive this morning. I never had Acai before. I think I will get some today.

I never knew avocado was a "super food", whatever the heck that means, but I have been obsessed with them my whole life, I guess now I know why

Superfoods has brought me back from health issues in a huge way. High cholesterol, triglycerides, fatty liver, hyper tension. I added blueberries, strawberries, bananas, walnuts, Green Tea, and low sodium tomato juice to my daily diet. Avocados and mushrooms 2-3x a week. Kale/spinach 2x a week.

I have eaten durian my whole life, never considered it once as a super food lol. Nobody here does I think.
Durian is considered a super food?

It smells like a rotting corpse.

Looking forward to seeing the videos of Karens eating durian in crowded places and then getting in arguments about it.
Durian smells sweet and creamy!!!

Durian isn't that bad. I get that it is a love or hate thing. I think some types are less pungent than others. I had the Thai ones that were big but the fruit is not radioactive yellowing like in the video. I just realized the Durian you get imported to America are the rejected ones those people were throwing out because it's not ripe enough. Are avocados and acai different in other countries?

Superfoods or simply not eating processed crap that might as well be made of cardboard ?

People overrate and buy into the bs marketing of superfoods way to much, just stop eating trash and you'll have near magical changes.

I look at the research and if something is worth integrating into my diet I do. People who care about "super foods" are fucking weird and just looking for a quick fix.

How dare you eat healthy food grown from the earth, supporting farmers that would have no income otherwise. Get back to your fucking GMO corn roundup-laced fruit loops, peasant.

It's like Dr Evil telling you to not do something. I had no plans to buy acai berries, but if they feel so threatened by this little berry well damn it must be working - guess I'll have to buy some.

Well the two go hand in hand. If you are eating something good over crap, the benefits are the same. I can tell you that I do bloodwork a lot and can tell you without a doubt adding healthy fats has helped. Nuts, avocados etc. And switching to a breakfast that is mostly berries, and bananas, a protein has been remarkable personally. My blood work is absolutely perfect, and I didn’t cut drinking alcohol or eating red meat.
