    * Among the UFC champions, who is the best and worst athlete?

    * What's with the UFC announcing fights before they are even signed and then have them fall through? For example, Diaz vs Masvidal or Makhachev vs Trinaldo. Is this part of some business-strategy or just incompetence?

    * If Israel Adesanya wins the belt in 2019, would he be the nerdiest UFC champion in history? How does he stack-up vs other all-time great geeks like GSP or Josh Barnett?

Well... my counter-argument would be that free-market capitalism enables owners to do whatever they want with their product, so the decision is in-line with the ideology.

    Still, Wu-Tang bow towards Ant

GSP never had trouble with someone like Wonderboy in his prime, though. Or so many loses in his prime.

GSP > Woodley, but if he beats Usman and Colby, then we'll have to really sit down and think about it.

See, for me, the big crux is that Woodley lost to Rory and Sheilds in his prime. And the Rory fight was a definitive this-guy-has-me-figured-out win.

The UFC is too big to fail. Wade through scandal after scandal but no one else is big or powerful enough to punish them for their mistakes. So nothing changes.

I'm so sad about what has happened to Dodson the last few years.
