Why does dc struggle to make 205 when he’s clearly a bit of a fatty

* Do you personally like watching Ryan Hall break the meta? Only in MMA can a sportsman like him exist. Also, why does the UFC and the live Audience seem not to?

* In a recent interview, Timur Valiev (of WSOF/PFL fame) alleged that the UFC regularly decline to sign many outstanding Dagestanian fighters. Excluding himself, he also mentioned other top-prospects like Magomed Magomedov (who defeated Peter Yan). What do you think of this region-based exclusion despite their prodigious talent, and can to many Magomeds truly ruin the soup?

do people ever buy you tiny gifts?

What fights are you most looking forward to this weekend?
RDA vs Edwards should be a good one.
Also Vick vs Hooker.

Thoughts on Frankie Edgar having a better chance at defeating Max than most are giving him credit for? I actually have him winning an upset

So, The Trenches is permanently moving to Wednesday night now so that we don't have to switch back and forth between nights when going head to head with PFL.

The poll is up, asking you if you think Urijah Faber should fight Henry Cejudo next coming off his quick knockout win over the #15 ranked Ricky Simon.

Let Dom retire this man for good
So we've decided to go a slightly different direction with the poll, instead of giving a list we're sticking with the Faber/Cejudo angle. Cruz is out at least until the end of the year and Faber doesn't want to wait that long so that option wouldn't quite make sense.

In that case
it'll probably actually happen

but the idea of it is ridiculous

I'm game, Urijah has put his work in down the years, I'd be happy to see it.
It's been a long time since the UFC had any integrity when it comes to title shots, so fuck it, let him have it

It'd be the biggest selling fight the division could do given who's out for a while.

Just posting to remind viewers once again that The Trenches will be on Wednesday nights going forward. That's tonight, at 8 pm et/5 pm pt!

facepalm. where's john mcenroe when you need him. 'you cannot be serious.'

So I'm going to make sure to get a question about Fedor vs Rampage on the broadcast, don't you worry sports fans.

We're practically split down the middle. I'm impressed.
