Jettie and the Bens - Desmond Green is facing 20 charges including manslaughter for his DUI car crash in 2018. Do you think the UFC should have allowed him to fight -- three times no less -- while under investigation for killing two people?

Cole Shelton - If both Askren and Colby win their fights (let's say both finish the fights) and both can fight in November, who gets the title shot at Usman?

I don't like colby so my bias is against him, but he deserved the title shot.

What was the point of his interim belt if he doesn't get a title shot the next time one comes up and he is healthy?

Plus, take the silly interim away and his body of work still deserves it.
I say all of that begrudgingly but it doesn't make it less true.

    UFC 239 Preview Questions:

Is Thiago Santos a “live dog” against Jon Jones or should keen gamblers avoid betting against “Bones” at all costs?

Which is more likely to unfold at UFC 239: Luke Rockhold’s chin fails against Jan Blachowicz, or the former champ shows why he has the most underrated ground game in the sport?

How has Gilbert Melendez’s legacy changed after testing positive for performance enhancing drugs?

I like it. Grinding wrestler with a non-stop attack VS an aging wily veteran pressure-fighter who explodes in bursts.

Somehow I am 99% sure JDS will KO Ngannou in the first round.
I will also place a bet on it, I think. Not sure yet. I have a rule against betting on HWs but whatever.

    Also to answer the poll:
    Yes, it makes perfect sense.

Coby has earned his title shot, he also hasn't fought in a year. Barring lose or another injury on his end he should get the next fight. Lawler has also earned this marquee fight just do the circumstances surrounding him for the past year or so. Two fight cancelations, including a rematch and the questionable outcome of his last bout, gives me the feeling this is also a "sorry Robbie" fight for him. A win won't grant him a title fight shot, but would immediately make him relevant again.

So what if Colby fights Kamaru, loses...

Whom does he fight next? He gets two money making fights out of this. Provided he gets thru Lawler.
