Everything is entertainment/celebrity related aside from Bundy (though you could argue he became a celebrity too).

The top 0.1% of pages earn 25% of the views, the bottom 80% only earn 4%. This shows you just how much of Wikipedia's traffic is now devoted to manchild hobbies. It's a staggering figure when you consider they haven't tapped into all the potential markets yet.

Glad to report that I looked up none of those last year

What new happened with Ted Bundy that caused people to look him up?

The Netflix doc. It turned him into a household name for a whole new generation.

Probably that Netflix doc about him with zach efron in it

It makes sense that mindless entertainment would dominate the views. Look at those mobile% numbers, someone looking to research/learn something of substance is likely gonna be searching from a PC/laptop and they aren't gonna be in front of it their entire waking day whereas people have their phones with them 24/7

You just know a bunch of chicks got wet over Ted Bundy. Sadly, I’m serious
