Jose is well past his prime but spending time working on his box at Robert Garcia's camp has paid off big time and it showed tonight. The sparring with elite boxers like Mikey Garcia has taught Aldo some new skills. Primarily his head movement and body work seen tonight against the journeyman Jeremy Stephens. Great win for Aldo to get some confidench beck.

Aldo head movement is always the best in ufc. he literally went matirx in the hominick fight with his insane head movment.

Aldo has survived 2 changes of the guard at FW, and he taxed that ass tonight in the first round. Spectacular
<13>

hope he goes back for some more learnin

Mikey fights tonight, if he wins he shouldn't fight Spence though. That just shouldn't happen.

Eh, of course that's great training, but Aldo's used that punch well before Garcia.

Uh, have you ever watched Aldo fight before?

Well it didn't hurt

Most surprised with his recovery and confidence

Most older fighters tend to fold when they get rocked after they've been finished a few times

Stephens face said it all lol

I've watched him from the beginning. His footwork and punching have improved a lot under Garcia. Way more refined and less sloppy with more mass behind his shots.

?

Are you talking about Conor? Do you think I'm some huge Conor fan? You must be confused

I don't understand the reference or the timing

Idk if it was that, where was that training in the max rematch? I followed the RG saga. Aldo was there pre Max. I wanted this to be a big deal too because I really respect Mikey Garcia, but I don't think we can really attribute last night's Aldo to his time in Riverside.
