Ive come across this blog several times, im sure some of you have also.
Thought some of you might enjoy the read;

Huge amount of articles on old school barbell training. Olympic lifting, powerlifting and bodybuilding. Several of routines and info on past great lifters.
 
Still reading, but this part stuck out to me.

"He routinely ate 6 oranges and 6 apples daily."

Strikes me as a little light on the orange consumption. Surprised he was able to function at such a high level.
 
It claims some male athletes are under 3% bf!?!?!?! That's insane. I didn't even know that was possible.

Edit: Damn it totally is from a quick googlin'. Still crazy though. :eek:
 
Good read, makes me realize how much I would gain if I lose this 15-20 pounds of fat and put on 10 pounds or so in muscle
