    Hey folks!

    Tried keeping a log here when i first started lifting earlier this year, and failed miserably.. lasted a week or 2 :p
    But started training again this week after a 4 month hiatus and figured ill give online logging another go.

    Running SS i worked up to a 140 5x3 squat, 102,5 bench, 150 1x5 dead and 65 3x5 overhead press at a weight of ~107. All weights in kg. Oh and i didnt clean cause im a pussy :p

    Plan is to do SS/Greyskull/notdoingtheprogram hybrid for as long as possible, hopefully til i beat my old maxes then start madcow

    Joined a new gym, when i was there to check it out i saw 2 cages and 5 benches. So i just signed up at once whitout thinking about it, turns out they have octagon plates and all the weights are i lbs. But no use complaining i guess..

    Squat:
    2x5 235
    1x7 235

    Press:
    2x5 95
    1x8 95

    Dead:
    1x5 275
    Probably gonna use the same weight next time

    Did i mention that octagon plates suck?

    Typing out of memory, cant remember warmups..
    Oh and im assuming that the bar is 45 lbs, since all the plates are in lbs

    Felt like shit today. First i didnt want to go, had doms everywhere and then i tweaked my shoulder somehow..

    And btw whats the smallest/lightest standard plate for you guys that use lbs?
    Where i used to train they had 1,25 kg plates ~2,5 lbs.. i ran around the whole gym looking, lightest i could find was 5lbs, so i have to go up in 10lbs increments whitch kinda sucks..
