My guess for the reason for the over the top hate is to bring balance for the years of over the top hype... only then will there be balance in the universe.

Hitler gets credited with much backlash, now the one guy who deserves far worse treatment should be Reinhard Heydrich.

Thanks for the info on Heydrich. I am surprised that I was so ignorant of him. I had always focused on Himmler, Goebbels, Göring and of course Hitler but looks like Heydrich deserves just as much if not more loathing than Hitler.
