It's very simple, everyone knows he used the press conference as a way out of fighting Diaz.

The purpose for a tweet like today's is just to continue to act like the press conference was his only issue, it's essential he spins that narrative so he can still have his "aura" for his next fight at the garden.

The fighter who gets his ass handed to him two times in a row loses his credibility and so does the fighter who had his ass handed to him and then backed out of the rematch beceause of fear.

It's like two kids in the playground being held apart. They're scratching and clawing to get at eachother. Until you let them go.

He knows he is not headlining 200. So he can now act like a badass hero for his retarded fans. Instead of being insulted. They're fapping away.

Let me guess: he's an attention whore.

Tomorrow it'll be a nude selfie...
Then he'll be beefing with Kanye.

It only gets worse from here.

The reason he tweeted it is because he predicts deez tings. First Aldo's head clean off, now back on ufc 200

Didn't you already post this same exact thread? Or was it some other n00B

Don't underestimate playground kids.

I saw a kid tackle another kid right off the top of the slide once and cracked his head open on this wooden railing thing. Shit was intense.

Why would Conor avoid Nate? All other potential fights are tough fights too. Frankie is supposedly his toughest fight at 145 (and I agree). He can only do worse than he's already done in an Aldo rematch. He's already beat Holloway. A lot of the other top featherweights are wrestlers. Lightweights RDA, Ferguson, Khabib, are all tough fights.

The reason for his tweet is to have another thread made about Conor.

Shit worked.

So he demanded a rematch with Diaz and then promptly tried to get out of it by refusing to do media? OK.

If you all forget, I need to remind you that Conor started making it a habbit of being late to pressers leading up to this. He simply thought he was too big to do them like everyone else.

He is promptly being punished.

He tried to call UFC's bluff and failed.

When another man steals your soul, there's a kind of terror that falls on you. It's not exactly fear, but an odd, almost unplaceable anxiety.

It's the kind of anxiety that makes you doubt. It makes you doubt reality--not like some madman, but more like someone who realizes that they have nothing to lose, and at the same time realizes that they have nothing to gain.

Then life becomes a kind of echo of itself...and the hollowness serves as a fraught reminder that some men really do have souls...but only those who have stolen them.

Of course that way he save some face. It looks better tham immediately running back down to fighting smaller dudes all humbled. At least now his fans can still cling on to the illusion his willing to fight anyone.

I love it when people use phrases like "It's very simple" and "Everyone knows" when speaking about things they can't possibly know to any definitive degree.

Because Nate is the only one on that list who slapped him around and then made him tap?
