The Rambo III body

    Did he do steroids to get that body ?, as I would love to have a body like that but would it impair my MMA training?.

    I am about 5,3 and weigh about 70 KG/155 lbs , so how heavy was Stallone with that body ? as I know muscle is heavier than Fat.

    Personal trainers 24 hours a day, people preparring every meal for you in advance. Endless funds and time to spend on getting bigger...

    Steroids are possible but im sure those other things helped.

    Looking like that only makes you a better fighter in films.
    Reassess your goals and training methods if u wanna look like a freak.

    Stallone said he was training a ridiculous amount of time, focusing mostly on the back. Also, he got very cut by always being low on water weight from lifting on set during filming...as the gym was outside and they were filming in 90-100 degree weather.

    That's according to his book, you can take it or leave it.
