Finally hit 1000lbs +.

BW = 180
Bench = 250
Squat = 350
DL = 415

Took me about 2 years with a couple of injuries during that time. Baseline ability was in the 750lbs area.

140kg squat, 2 reps. That's a rep PR.
 
That looked easy. Doesn't even look like some people's PR.

First ever 3 plate bench. Close Grip and paused. Rep was easy.

Bench (any variation): 315 +15lb PR

Close Grip bench: 45lb PR
