500-lb. deficit deadlift (standing on 2" plate; bar just above shoes) with mini bands giving 50-60 lbs. resistance at the top (I measured it out to 65 lbs. later, but I think it was a little less than that).

570x5 block pulls, knee height.

Great pulling day. My pull's back, and I think my new plan is going to work well.
