Great performance by Diaz by finishing it when he had the chance.
|But no way he was the better boxer. The only moment he was hitting most of his shots was when Conor was buzzed by that shot.

Stupid from conor though to keep trading while being hurt.

Why don't you post this on your real account?
Diaz was lighting him up on the feet in round 2, he would have knocked him out if Conor didn't go for that shitty takedown. And Diaz did this on 2 weeks notice, with hardly any training camp, and no sparring. But keep telling yourself that Conor was the better boxer.

You do know Diaz had like 10 days to train right? Maybe that's why it took him longer to get his timing down.

Didn't McGregor go for a takedown after he got hurt?

He got his hand raised in the end, as far as I am concerned it is the only thing that matter.

Besides, he stayed composed while McGregor shot his wad.

LOL total circular logic - if he only got hit when buzzed, then how did he get buzzed in the first place?

So Cloner was winning until he lost?

Holm went out on her shield and went to sleep. Cloner tapped quickly and gave up quicker than Cam Newton trying to recover a fumble.

If Connor didn't shoot, Diaz would have out boxed him for 15 more minutes. He just didn't get the opportunity. Like Diaz said he was getting warmed up.

The only moment Conor was winning was when Mendes was buzzed/tagged

When was McG Buzzed? Did they share a bong after the fight?

Well, to be fair, another moment he was winning was when he was choking him out.

If he didn't go for the takedown he would have went nighty night within the next thirty seconds.

So, pray tell, how the fuck did Conor end up buzzed/tagged in the first place?

This is so pathetic.

Dude...it was a fight. And not one of these 2016 MMA fights that look like Tae Kwon Do point striking matches. It was a 2005 style NHB fight. The judges may as well have gone on a lunch break because this thing was ending early. That's a credit to both fighters aggression too.

But it wasn't a boxing match it was a fight. Weight matters. Jiujitsu matters. Chins matter.

I for one am glad the WWF style spectacle is over for a while.

It doesn't matter lol Nate caused Conor to be dazed with one left hand. Nate took many of Conor's shots with ease.

The only time Holly was losing was when she was getting choked out.

The only time GSP was losing was when Matt Serra KO'd him.

Fighters lose. That's what makes MMA freaking *great*. Once instant and you're done. Isn't a fluke when you put two people of the same size in a ring with skillsets designed to obliterate other humans. This isn't boxing where a guy dominates for 20 fights before getting a challenge. If you've got 35 fights and don't have 3-5 losses, I question who you're fighting.

And why was Conor "buzzed/tagged"? ....I won't keep you in suspense. I'll just tell you. Because Nate got him there. Keep in mind that Conor had a full camp, Nate didn't. Nate stood the whole time and didn't panic to take it to the ground, so he was fine taking the shots. Plus, he finished him when Conor decided he wanted to take it to the ground.
