Ie a fighter who started poorly in the Ufc but you believe could still be a future champ.

For those who don't know RDA lost his first two Ufc fights, one by brutal ko, was also 3-3 in Ufc at one.point and then 4-4. Now he's 9-1 in his last ten and 13-5 overall.

Two guys who I could believe could become contenders after poor starts are Albert Tumenov and Konstantin Erokhin. Tumenov has already showcased his immense talent.

Erokhin has only one Ufc fight and a loss to another prospect. Those who have seen Erokhin previously seen him showcase some of the quickest, most powerful hands you could imagine a HW possessing.

I wouldn't say Tumenov's short UFC career had a poor start. A split decision to a stifling fighter like Alcantara in Brazil followed by two fantastic knockouts and a stand up clinic against a boring fighter in Musoke. Seems like he's done well so far.

Ramsey Nijem i think, he has everything and just needs a teacher not a trainer. Only 27 years old, super hard hitter, good wrestling, athletic, speed, cardio.

Robert Whittaker started 2-2. I believe he can contend for the title someday.

Although AJ didn't perform poorly in his first few fights, I think he still has a lot of potential and the ability to be champion.

He needs to turn a corner like RDA/Lawler have done.

    Justin Scoggins.

Erokhin is already 33 I have a lot of doubts about him every reaching the top of the HW division

I've been scratching my head trying to think of one.. I've been a RDA fan since his first UFC fight. I've always thought he was a live underdog, but I did not predict him to beat Pettis.

    Hmm..

Not to sound so much like a whitebelt but I do legitimately think Uriah Hall has the potential to start streaking and climbing his way up, so long as he gets his act together.

Otherwise, I think Lorenz Larkin's on his way there. Pretty rough start, but he has every bit of ability and the weight class move might help. Do Bronx might pull something together as well, but we'll see how that goes tomorrow.

Rick Story is actually someone who's impressed me a lot more recently too, especially watching him pick apart Nelson. A lot better than his record shows, imo. And he's not so old that he can't climb his way up if he can motivate himself to do it. It's a shame he couldn't fight tomorrow.

I won't say Tumenov started his UFC career poorly... If he wins his next fight he'll be 4-1.

    Overeem maybe.
