So, a lot of people talk about Floyd not having power. It gives them the confidence that there's no way in hell Floyd is KO'ing Conor.

Now, i'm not even gonna get into the fact that over 50% of Floyd's wins are by KO, because people will say it was too long ago. And that's fair. But there's something people fail to realize: The vast majority of boxers Floyd has faced since his last legit KO(Ricky Hatton) have really solid chins. It's not like he is failing to KO guys that everybody else is KO'ing. These guys have tons of fights and rarely get KO'd by anybody.

Canelo - Never KO'd

Shane Mosley - Never KO'd

Maidana - Never KO'd

Juan Manuel Marquez - Never KO'd

Robert Guerrero - Had never been KO'd when he faced Floyd

Miguel Cotto - TKO'd only 2 times by very heavy hitters.

Andre Berto - Only 1 TKO loss in 34 fights when he faced Floyd.

Now, Floyd is certainly not the heaviest hitter around. But not KO'ing these guys hardly means he has no power. Most of the guys he has faced in the last decade has either absolutely no KO losses or just 1 or 2 TKO loss(not even a real Knockout).

We are talking about guys that have been punched in the head thousands of times, and yet most of them have little to no KO losses.

It's like saying you are you don't hit hard just because you didn't KO Roy Nelson. It's exactly the same. And this is something some of you ignorants fail to realize. Most of these guy's chins are comparable to the chins of guys like Roy Nelson and Hunt. They take a lot of punches and almost never get KO'd.

Floyds stopping mcnugger, not because of power, but wear and tear. By rd 8 or 9.

Yeah if you leave out the boxers he didn't KO that don't fit your agenda you can paint any kind of picture you like.

Floyd doesn't want to break his hand. He's not going to throw KO punches.

Shhhh, keep it a secret so when he lays that bum conor out these goofballs in here can be shocked.

Floyd has more kos than your lover has fights. Conor doesnt have ko power, he tkos broken chinned bums like poirier, siver, and mendes while other men have been able to shut those same mens lights completely off.

I hope you apply the same rules to Manny, a lot of people say how Manny's went down as he stopped PEDS. However when you look at the guys he couldn't put away they also have never really been hurt let alone KO'd. Wonder if you're consistent?

Its not anything to do with peds, dloyd and manny both came up 5 and 8 divisions respecftully and are now fighting men that are naturally bigger than them. They still jot hard but they just arent going to put away every opponent, especially floyd as he pulls most of his punches to maintain balance over power.

Obviously Floyd has power, but the reason he's not KOing people isn't that the people he fights are extraordinarily hard to KO.

They are, how many have kod canelo, delahoya, berto, pacman, mosley, cotto, and the such? Floyds also 5 divisions up from his debut, keep that in mind.

Berto's been KO'd by people like Shawn Porter and Jesus Karass. Neither are exactly power punchers.

Not really. What guys did i left out that he faced since his last KO? Only Paquiao. All the other guys have great chins.

How's taste Floyd's peepee?

People think Floyd has no power because they are dumb and think failing to knock out professional boxers at the very top of their sport somehow means he can't KO a guy who is an amateur boxer at best.

Everyone who has fought Floyd in the past decade has publically said Floyd is ridicously strong in the clinch when he grabs you or pushes you away and that his power is very surprising. When he wants to hurt you he will.

If floyd had no power his opponents wouldn't be scared of getting countered they would just throw the kitchen sink at him.

It took Floyd two clean unblocked punches to knock out Ortiz. Anyone with power would have knocked him out with the first punch. Floyd has punched women in the face and could not knock them out. He has zero chance to knockout Conor McGregor.

Ortiz has a solid chin bro. Maidana was the only person to knock him out before Floyd. He hasn't been Ko'd by any slackers. Hell Floyd was the first Tko Hatton which is no small achievement.

Floyd isn't crazy powerful but he has enough to stop people when he starts landing counters. I wouldn't ignore the possibility of Floyd getting a late TKO.
