The Movable Frame Concept in BJJ (a Guard Maintenance Deep Dive)

I think the available hinges are legs, knees, waist , arms , elbows , shoulders , neck. If you need to defend an attack in one plane you can bring knees and elbows together or knees and arms, waist and arms e.t.c. , if you need to defend an attack on 2 planes then the top guy is stronger, it's better to force one planed attacks so you can use 2 hinges against one.
