I found another copy of it and in the comments someone said "as a Bears fan I enjoyed this video" and the Bears are based in Chicago, I doubt he enjoyed seeing one of his own KO'd so who are their main rivals? My guess would be the Green Bay Packers which is Wisconsin. Oh I now see a comment further down saying it's a Packers jacket.
